Bill Gallagher is a long time race fan, with almost 50 years under his belt in the industry. Gallagher is one of six Rideau Carleton representatives in the Trot Canada National Handicapping Championship which will be held at Rideau Carleton on November 8.

Gallagher is looking forward to testing his skills against the rest of the “field” in this $25,000 final. With players coming from across the country the competition is sure to be fierce.
