Donnie was a great guy he helped me out with a lot of questions I had when I started out in the business
Being stabled right in his backyard was great
I got to spend some time chatting with him and listening to some great story's of the success he had racing
Donnie was a stand up guy and a great horseman who never had a bad thing to say
About anything

I'll miss ya pal R.I.P Donnie

Donnie and I knew one another for over 40 years. Whenever we would meet he was always the same, upbeat, positive, smiling, a great guy and an example of a life well lived. Rest easy old friend. My condolences to the family.

In Donnie's case it was 92 years young... my condolences to Donnie's family. I do not think I ever met a person that had more of a zest for life than Donnie. RIP Buddy
