Driver Attacks Driver During Race

A French driver has been suspended for attacking another driver during a race this past weekend.

A video shows driver Cedric Dhéran's horse going offstride during a race this past Sunday at the racecourse in Nancy, and it would appear that the driver felt he was backed into or interfered with in some manner by the driver in front of him at the time -- Manu Rotsaert. Dhéran then accelerated his offstride horse, pulled up beside Rotsaert and began to hit him in the upper body with his whip and then used his own horse to run Rotsaert's horse off the track.

Reports indicate that Dhéran was suspended for 75 days. There's no word on whether any additional penalty or charges will be filed.

good morning.

To see some of the 250 racetracks in France, go to www.hippodromes-est.fr for Nancy racetrack , you click on Nancy.
Nancy has only 13 days of races, split with thoroughbred, steeple and trotters.
3 tracks, gras or sans for trotters.

Can you see one racetrack like that in America ?

In France, all racetracks are non lucrative associations.

Thre driver could not wait to talk to the other driver.

have a good day and spend your money on pari-mutuel, not on video poker.
