A gallery of images from this past weekend's two-day Canadian Open Yearling Sale have been posted online.
The sale, which boasted a 40 per cent increase, was photographed by award-winning photographer Matt Waples.

What a great photo gallery!! Thank you for putting names with the faces. I must admit that when I was a kid I was a Jim Pappin fan (you know when we all got together on the road with cracked hockey sticks and a tennis ball and hollered - I'm Dave Keon, I'm George Armstrong, I'm Stan Mikita - yep I would the odd time claim the Jim Pappin handle.) Without a caption I probably wouldn't have recognized him. I didn't know he was a fan of this great sport.
