Dombrowsky To Speak At SBOA Awards

The SBOA is pleased to announce the details for the SBOA Annual Banquet and Awards Dinner.

The banquet will be taking place at the Delta Hotel in Guelph on Saturday, January 23, 2010.

The evening will commence at 5:00 pm with a one hour Information Seminar on the significant role and impact horse racing has within the agricultural economy of the Province. Our keynote speaker will be the Honourable Leona Dombrowsky, Ontario Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.

The welcoming cocktail reception will follow the Seminar and begin at 6:00 pm and the Awards Dinner at 7:00 pm. The annual Stallion and Silent Auction will take place throughout the evening.

Leona Dombrowsky is also the Liberal MPP for the riding of Hastings-Frontenac-Lennox and Addington. Maybe she could shed some light on the status of the Baymount development of Quinte's new racetrack?
