The Breeders' Cup announced today the official race order and wagering menu for the, 26th Breeders' Cup World Championships, to be held on Friday, November 6 and Saturday, November 7 at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California, including the new Breeders' Cup Head2Head Jockey Bet.

Among the new items for this year is The Breeders' Cup Head2Head Jockey Bet. Wagers will be offered on the jockey who has the most wins in the 14 Breeders' Cup Championships races over the two-day event. The wager will open for advance betting on Thursday, November 5, and will close prior to the running of the Marathon on Friday. A morning line will be published.

"We think it's important to be able to come up with these types of products to stay competitive," said Ken Kirchner, the simulcasting consultant for the Breeders' Cup. "The marketplace is going to allow us to move more in this direction in the future."

The other new wager is the A Daily Double wager linking the Breeders' Cup Ladies' Classic on Friday to the Breeders' Cup Classic on Saturday.
