Shmuel Farhi of London, Ontario has been investing significant money into the North American breeding industry for the past 4-5 years, and he was interested in adding Darlinonthebeach to his broodmare band; so was Diamond Creek’s Adam Bowden. The two men, who were already well acquainted, decided to become partners on her, along with Spreydon Lodge of New Zealand. They’re now also partners on her first foal - the regally-bred Christchurch. By Chris Lomon.
