Tempête: The One We've Been Waiting For

There were some credible harness racing movies that graced the big screen in the first half of the 20th century, but in the past 75 years or so the pickings have been slim to say the least. Recently however, a France/Canada co-production by the name of Tempête was named Best Foreign Film at the Fort Lauderdale Film Festival, and TROT’s Melissa Keith is giving it two thumbs up as well.  By Melissa Keith.
