Once again, Georgian Downs will be packing up a tour bus with 56 lucky race patrons and heading down to Delaware, Ohio for the renowned Little Brown Jug
.
The four-day trip will commence on September 20 and will leave from Georgian Downs. Only a minimal number of tickets are available. Please make reservations as soon as possible, should you wish to travel with the Georgian group.
Due to demand, a London pick-up has been added to the 2011 Jug trip. The coach will depart from Georgian at noon on Tuesday, pick-up at Mohawk Racetrack at 1:30 p.m. and then on to London for passengers, before heading to Delaware, Ohio.
Sports Illustrated once declared that “the biggest cocktail party in the state of Ohio is at the Delaware County Fairgrounds on Jug day.” The First Turn Hospitality Pavilion truly offers guests the VIP experience. All members of the Georgian Downs Jug Trip will have full access to this exclusive area which features a complimentary full-service bar, all-day gourmet buffet, wagering and the best view of the races that the track has to offer.
Ticket purchase for the Little Brown Jug trip includes:
- Luxury coach transportation from Ontario to Delaware, Ohio and back
- Three nights (September 20, 21, 22) Premier Suite accommodations at the Sheraton Columbus, Ohio (double occupancy)
- Transportation to and from the Delaware County track for Jugette on Wednesday and the Jug on Thursday

Ticket price is $750 CAD (taxes & U.S. exchange included) based on double occupancy. Single occupancy rates are available upon request.
