Correction: Coke Is It

On Monday, Trot Insider reported that Doug McNair and Scott Zeron were in the running to be the youngest dash title winner in Canadian harness racing history as they would be younger than Ron Feagan when he set the record.

In fact, Ron Feagan did break the dash record but not the age record. In 1963, 20-year-old Wes Coke - one year Feagan's junior - was Canada's leading dash winning driver. Starting driving at the age of 16, Coke had a bit of a head start on today's drivers who can start driving at the age of 18.

Trot Insider regrets the error and any confusion it may have caused.
