The Breeders Crown committee has announced tickets for the 2012 Atlantic Breeders Crown awards banquet will go on sale this weekend at Red Shores Racetrack & Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park.
Maritime horsemen and horsewomen will be on the Prince Edward Island Saturday for the PEI Colt Stakes. Tickets are $30 and available at the Red Shores race office or by calling 1.902.629.6636.
The banquet, which is presented in part by the PEI Standardbred Horse Owners Association, honours a year of excellence in Atlantic harness racing on Saturday October 6 at the Howard Johnston Dutch Inn, Cornwall. The reception is at 7:00 p.m. with the banquet at 7:30 p.m.

More details will be announced soon regarding the families being honoured during the Atlantic Breeders Crown. The Weekend of Champions features the best two and three-year-old stars in the region.
