Harrah's Philadelphia has sent out a release informing handicappers that there is an attractive exotic carryover being offered during the track's Thursday (August 13) program.
The Jackpot Hi-5 carryover at Harrah's Philadelphia currently stands at $21,454.02 in advance of Thursday's card.
The Jackpot Hi-5 is a 20-cent base wager with a 15 per cent takeout, and occurs in the fifth race every day at Harrah's Philadelphia. The carryover is paid out only in the event of one unique winning ticket.
