Due to last minute scheduling conflicts with a camp in Grande Prairie, AB, former Major League Baseball star Jesse Barfield will not be able to make his scheduled appearance at Clinton Raceway this Sunday (July 12).
The fundraiser for Clinton Minor Baseball remains on schedule during the live card of harness racing. Chicken BBQ tickets are still available for the meal served from 4 p.m. – 5 p.m. There will also be a silent auction of two tickets to anywhere Air Canada flies.
Guests are invited to bring a friend to the races this Sunday for the chance to win some great prizes and one of a kind racing experience, all a part of Standardbred Canada's Bring a Friend promotion.
Clinton Minor Baseball and Clinton Raceway apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are working on rescheduling a date for August 2015.
