Organizers of Standardrama, a unique horse show strictly for standardbreds, would like to remind everyone the event is just around the corner
.
The event, which is the first of its kind in the area, will be held on Sunday, June 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Orono Fairgrounds.
There will be no admission charge to attend the event, which will feature classes such as dressage, western pleasure, pleasure driving and jumping. Some of the horses which will be participating have been adopted through the Ontario Standardbred Adoption Society.
Standarama is the first of five shows to be held this year. The others include:
• Standardbred Showcase @ Grand River Raceway - August 1
• OSAS (venue to be determined) - August 29
• SW Ontario Standardbred Horse Show @ London’s Highland Green Stable - September 12
• Oxer Stable - September 26, 2010
