Due to a lack of entries, Georgian Downs has been forced to reschedule the Labatt’s Claiming Series until July.
The event is open to trotters who are non-winners of $60,000 lifetime as of June 15, 2012 (no allowances). The first leg is scheduled for July 14, with the second leg is scheduled for July 21. Each division will carry a purse of $10,000. The $30,000 (added) final will be contested Saturday, July 28.
Nomination fees of $200 are due by June 30th. All nomination fees will be added to the purse for the final. There will be no starting fees in the event. Click here for a nomination form or simply contact the Georgian Downs race office (705) 726-2558 or (905) 627-5822 for more information.
