On Friday, May 4, the ‘Big M’ will celebrate Cinco de Mayo a day early.
The Cuatro de Mayo buffet in Pink Restaurant is $29.95 and features a make your own taco bar with steak, chicken and shrimp and all the classic fixings including fresh pico de gallo. Guests can enjoy quesadillas, chili con queso and a delicious tortilla soup. The buffet also includes homemade flan and tres leche cake.
On Kentucky Derby Day, Saturday, May 5, Victory Sports Bar features Southern-inspired buffet beginning at 11:30 a.m. for $49.95 (price includes a Kentucky Derby program.) Dishes include sides and starters like mashed sweet potatoes, home-made mac & cheese, freshly baked corn bread, and sweet & spicy chicken wings, entrees like roasted chicken and BBQ ribs, and assorted pastries and cookies for dessert.

Live harness racing will kick off at 7:15 p.m. both Friday and Saturday. Post Time for the Kentucky Derby is 6:50 p.m. on Saturday.
