The Woodbine Entertainment Group today announced the hosts for its redesigned TV programming

offerings in 2010.

Bet Night Live, focusing directly on the wagering component of racing, will launch on Monday, May 31 for harness racing and Wednesday, June 2 for thoroughbred racing.

The two-hour programs, to air on WEG's longtime TV partner, The Score, are designed to introduce new people to the sport and allow them to immediately experience the excitement and anticipation of horse racing and the thrill of winning.

Chad Rozema, Sandy Hawley and analyst Greg Blanchard will be joined by The Score's Laura Diakun in presenting Bet Night Live, harness racing edition, on Mondays from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

WEG Analyst Jim Bannon will join Rozema, Hawley and Diakun on the thoroughbred side, also from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m, on Wednesdays.

The simulcast shows, the daily TV broadcasts designed for racing's core customers, are hosted by Chris Hickey and Mike Hamilton on the harness side, and Jeff Bratt and Renee Kierans on the thoroughbred side. They are available on HPItv, Pay-Per-View (PPV) via digital cable, and at all tracks and Champions teletheatres.
