In an effort to reduce the expense of mailing adopters the veterinary follow-up form, the Standardbred Retirement Foundation has the form available here (It can be printed or your veterinarian can fill it out online).
The forms are due May 15 and October 15 – this coincides with each horse's regular vet visits to receive their Spring and Fall inoculations. Questions can be addressed to Jessica Raible, director of adoptions, at 732-446-4422 or [email protected]
Thank you for the wonderful home(s) you give. Stories of your horse(s) are always welcomed. Photos which reproduce well may be used in the SRF newsletter and we all love to see them.
