Dale of the United Methodist Church officiated. To this union four children were born, Michael, Kandi, Joel and Kelli. Two girls from New Jersey came to Buena Vista College and joined the brood, Lynn Lundquist and Ellen Kilmeier. Janice Molgaard became part of the family in the seventh grade and has been calling her mom ever since.
