Harness racing is just days away from returning to Elora, Ontario as Grand River Raceway is set to embark on its 2009 harness racing season

The 69-day season kicks off this Monday evening at 7 p.m., with a 12-race program put together by racing secretary Diane Twasnick. For complete details about the opening night festivities, click here.
Among the main events offered at Grand River Raceway in 2009 will be the ever-popular Industry Day program which features the Battle Of Waterloo and the inaugural edition of the Battle Of The Belles.
