The Standardbred Owners Association of New York’s first 20 per cent bonus race card is set for Thursday, April 11.
This will be the third year in a row where the Standardbred Owners Association of New York (SOANY) will be conducting a 20 per cent bonus race card.
Last year, SOANY held four 20 per cent bonus race cards, paying out a little over $100,000 to its members.
The 2024 20 per cent bonuses will be paid out to all horses wholly owned, trained and driven by SOANY members, who were signed up by Feb. 29, 2024.
The bonus money will be paid separately and solely to the owners (whoever is listed first in the program) and will come directly from the SOANY’s funds.
