Encore Encore 3,1:53.3f ($464,510), a winner of more than $360,000 his two-year-old season and current three-year-old track record holder at the Meadows, will enter stud for 2011 at Lindwood Farm in Greensburg, Pennsylvania

. His fee has been set at $6,000. He joins another Winning Key Farms' stallion at Lindwood in champion sire American Winner.

"Horseman in Pennsylvania think very highly of this horse," said Winning Key proprietor Bob Key. "He was blessed with tremendous two-year-old speed, he looks like a million bucks, and his sire line has already produced great ones like Andover Hall, Conway Hall, Windsongs Legacy and Donato Hanover."

Encore Encore reeled off four straight wins in his first five starts at two, with scores in the Tompkins-Geers, Reynolds and an elim of the Peter Haughton Memorial. After scratching sick from the $500,000 Haughton final, he went on to win the Bluegrass Stakes in Lexington plus elims of the biggest stakes north of the border, the $718,000 Valley Victory and $514,000 William Wellwood Memorial Stakes, which he won going away. He finished second and third, respectively, in the rich finals of those events.

"He had very quick speed, and always finished strong," said Tim Tetrick, who drove him at two. "He was a really nice horse, and had a good chance in the Haughton final had he not scratched sick."

In his only start during his injury-shortened sophomore season, he won a Pennsylvania Sire Stakes at the Meadows, where he set the track record of 1:53.3f -- a mark which still stands today.

Encore Encore is the second-richest son of Broadway Hall, sire of 2009 Breeders Crown Two Year Old Champion Pilgrims Taj. His dam, Keys La Nina 3,1:56.3, is a stakes and open winner and multiple 1:55 producer. She in turn is by BJs Mac, he from the powerful maternal line of Hall of Fame broodmare BJs Pleasure.
