Officials with the Prince County Horsemen's Club has released information in regard to the organization's upcoming annual general meeting, which will include the election of directors for the upcoming year (2021).
The AGM will be held on Tuesday, December 1 at Credit Union Place, Summerside. The meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. and doors will open at 6:45 p.m.
The following matters will form the business of this Annual General Meeting:

Report of the Nominating Committee.

Request for nominations from the floor. Any nomination from the floor must be accompanied by a petition with five signatures of regular PCHC members in good standing.

Election of directors.

Presentation of interim financial statements of all funds received by the PCHC in 2020.
All PCHC members in good standing for 2020 are urged to attend, however, due to COVID-19 restrictions, members are asked to pre-register by contacting Darla MacEachern at 902-439-5522, Deanna Clow at 902-626-9175 or Kingsley Walsh at 902-432-4121.
