Recently, local trainer Pat Bissett of Goderich, Ont. suffered a severe heart attack.
Pat is now recovering at home, and raffle tickets to help support him during his recovery are available from local merchants and Ontario Harness Horse Association members.
Tickets are $20 each and the grand prize draw is $1,500 cash. Tickets on sale through December 8.
The draw will take place at The Raceway at the Western Fair District on Saturday December 8 at 8:00 p.m.
