Kawartha Downs would like to inform all horsepeople and racing fans that there are lane restrictions and delays due to road construction in the area
.
Road construction is currently taking place on County Road 28, from the exit at Highway 115 to just south of Kawartha Downs.
Delays are possible, as this work is expected to take at least two weeks.
Please allow yourself extra time to get to the track.
