The Prince Edward Island Harness Racing Industry Association (PEIHRIA) would like to remind Standardbred breeders that Foal Incentive applications for P.E.I. foals of 2023 are due Jan. 31, 2024.
The online application is available on the PEIHRIA website and can be submitted by clicking here.
