Winbak Farm’s yearling videos for the London Classic Yearling Sale are now posted online.
Winbak Farm will offer a consignment of 51 yearlings at the London Classic Yearling Sale, which will be held Oct. 17-18 at the Western District Agriplex in London, Ont.
Winbak Farm’s London Classic yearling videos are now posted on winbakfarm.com and can be viewed by clicking on an individual yearling’s hip number.
Winbak Farm’s 2023 London Classic lineup includes:
- Archangel – three colts / two fillies
- Betterthancheddar – three colts / four fillies
- Jimmy Freight – five fillies
- McWicked – three colts / seven fillies
- My MVP – two fillies
- Shadow Play – two colts / six fillies
- Sportswriter – one colt
- Stag Party – two fillies
- The Bank – two colts / six fillies
- Trixton – three colts (first Ontario crop)
Highlights of the consignment are listed below:
- Hip #18, Forbidden One, a My MVP half-sister to 2023 Champlain stakes winner Valuable Miss, 2, 1:55.2s -'23 ($97,067). She is also a half-sister to Aussie Lover, 1:54.4f -'23 ($228,115)
- Hip #36, Wicked Jenny, a McWicked half-sister to 2023 Pennsylvania Sire Stakes winner Aintbluenomore, p, 2, 1:51f -'23 ($62,635)
- HIp #70, Ten Barrel, a Trixton first foal from the family of O’Brien Award winner Its Made To Order, 2, 1:58.1f ($314,218). This is Trixton’s first Ontario crop.
- Hip #163, Special Scent, an Archangel half-sister to Some Chapter, 3, 1:52.4 ($129,360)
- Hip #304, Julieann Kapelle, a Betterthancheddar full-sister to Lovely Donna, p, 1:49.3 ($232,927), & half-sister to Family Roll Call, p, 1:52.1f ($195,941)
