Poker, blackjack, roulette and craps will begin in harness track racinos in Pennsylvania in July, first with test days on July 6 at the Meadows, July 11 at Pocono Downs and July 16 at Chester Racetrack.

The table games almost certainly will boost purses at those tracks and will increase employment substantially -- by 500 at Chester and almost 550 at the Meadows according to track officials -- but what they do to betting on racing remains to be seen.
