Darena Hanover earned her second straight victory this month at Harrah's Philadelphia with another 1:51.2 performance in the featured $30,000 Fillies & Mares Winners Over Handicap Pace on Wednesday afternoon.

Fast And Fiesty and driver Dan Dube fired to command from post five over insider Darena Hanover, driven by Yannick Gingras, and led the field through fractions of :27, :55.3 and 1:22.4 before being out-sprinted in the home stretch. Last year's Jugette and Matron Stakes winner kicked home in :28.2 to prevail by one length. Fast And Fietsy held on to second as favourite Southwind Jazmin and Tim Tetrick rallied for third.

Owned by trainer Ron Burke's Burke Racing Stable LLC, the four-year-old Yankee Cruiser mare notched her 14th career win and pushed her lifetime earnings to $561,802.

The 5-2 second choice paid $7.40 to win.
