After a solid sophomore season in 2023, Ikes Dream made his four-year-old debut during the session of qualifiers on Friday, Feb. 9 at Woodbine Mohawk Park.

James MacDonald sat behind the son of Bettors Delight - Some Renditions during his morning test and guided the pacer to an easy 1:55.3 score. Sitting third throughout the majority of the mile, Ikes Dream watched Going Fast (Phil Hudon) and Wildriverbumblebee take turns on the front through fractions of :29, :57.2 and 1:25.3. Once straightened out in the lane, MacDonald angled Ikes Dream into the three path and he closed confidently to best Wildriverbumblebee by a bit more than a length with Going Fast rounding out the top trio.

David Menary trains Ikes Dream, a winner of $98,284 lifetime with a mark of 1:50, for owner George Sharp of Delray Beach, Fl.
