The Annual General Meeting for the SBOA (Standardbred Breeders of Ontario Association) took place on February 26, 2010 at Standardbred Canada's offices in Mississauga, Ont. The SBOA board of directors for 2010 includes:

• Anna DeMarchi-Meyers
• Jim Bullock
• Larry Morrison
• Laurie Poole
• Keith Colquhoun
• Larry Drysdale
• Liz Waples
• Sanford Zimmerman
• Ken Grant
• Dave Heffering
• Tammy McNiven
• Walter Parkinson

At its first board meeting following the AGM, the new board elected officers for 2010. The officers are listed below:

• President-Anna DeMarchi-Meyers, Emerald Ridge Farm
• Vice President-Larry Morrison, Ja El Farm
• Treasurer-Laurie Poole, Poole Farms

As president, Anna DeMarchi-Meyers will also represent the SBOA on the Board of the Ontario Horse Racing Industry Association in 2010.
