The idea of humans running on a racetrack intended for horses is not unheard of. Chad 'Ochocinco' Johnson of National Football League fame defeated a horse in a race three years ago. Although, what happened yesterday at Pocono Downs wasn't exactly a human vs. equine showdown.

According to an article on the Lebanon Daily News website, a 23-year-old man being chased by police jumped a fence at the Pennsylvania facility and ran parallel to the track before being apprehended.

The man was wanted in connection to the theft of televisions from a Wal-Mart store.
