At a meeting of the Woodbine Entertainment Group Board of Directors today, David S. Willmot announced his intention to step down as Chief Executive Officer at the Company's next Annual General Meeting on June 4, 2010.

Mr. Willmot will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board.

The company announced that Nick Eaves, President and Chief Operating Officer, will succeed Mr. Willmot as Chief Executive Officer at the annual meeting.
