It has been reported that a third man has been found guilty in the 2010 case regarding the abduction, kidnapping, assault and robbery of 58-year-old racino winner George Graham.

Graham, who had won $7,777 in the racino at Finger Lakes in upstate New York, was later abducted by a group of men outside a store.

The most recent to be found guilty in the case, according to a report by democratandchronicle.com, is 29-year-old Crandele Fitzpatrick, the man that owned and was accused of driving the van in the abduction.

The article explains that on Friday, December 16 the jury of a Monroe County court acquitted Fitzpatrick of the kidnapping and robbery charges he was facing in regard to the incident, but that he was found guilty of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Fitzpatrick is scheduled to be sentenced January 18, 2012 and faces a minimum of seven and a maximum of 15 years behind bars.
