When you’re on the perfect horse farm it is hard to characterize it as anything but ‘out of this world.’ According to a published report, a ranch owner has placed his 10-acre utopia on the market for exactly that reason.
According to a report by NBC affiliate KHQ Local News, Stardust Ranch owner John Edmonds has put his Arizona horse ranch up for sale due to ‘constant alien activity.’
Edmonds, who has listed the property for $5 million, has stated that he and his wife have issued with paranormal activity since they first moved onto the land roughly 20 years ago.

Edmonds claims that in addition to the attractive amenities that the property offers – which includes a five-bedroom, four-bathroom dwelling – it is also home to a pair of portals that lead to another dimension.
He has stated that subtle alien encounters have been prevalent on the property for years, and that the acreage has the ability to cure some serious diseases.
The KHQ article has quoted Edmonds as saying, "This is a situation where you can come out if you're a qualified buyer, come out and look at it. I'll show you all the proof. You can experience it for yourself."
