NH Committee Passes Gaming Bill

A bill which would usher two casinos into New Hampshire is now headed to the full House after it passed the House Ways and Means Committee Thursday, October 27

after a favourable 14-7 vote.

According to a report on nashuatelegraph.com, the bill would see two locations awarded the opportunity to install up to 5,000 slot machines and 150 table games.

The bill will now be addressed in the House in early 2012.

Millennium Gaming has a $450-million expansion plan in place at Rockingham Park which would include the ability to offer expanded gaming.
