Contrary to OHHA's misrepresentation to the membership, Woodbine Entertainment Group's Access Agreements are contracts which guarantee and protect existing revenue share arrangements with horsemen.
WEG has no intention of changing these arrangements and guarantees the present purse structure until such time as an agreement with horsemen is in place.
WEG continues its intention to offer live racing despite the call by OHHA to boycott the entry box.
