GCGC Set To Unveil Gaming Centre

Entering its 25th year in business, Maple Ridge Community Gaming Centre, formerly known as Haney Bingo Plex, is celebrating in style as the facility has recently been

redeveloped.

After months of construction, Maple Ridge Community Gaming Centre will now offer a number of additional entertainment options such as 100 slot machines and Racebook- an off track betting teletheatre.

The official opening of the Maple Ridge Community Gaming Centre is set for Thursday, October 21, 2010. Community representatives, charity organizations, along with a number of essential stakeholders will mark this special moment with a ribbon cutting ceremony. This facility has been refreshed to allow guests to enjoy a variety of entertainment options.

"Unique entertainment choices and promotions are paramount in ensuring our guests enjoy the new facility," said Howard Blank, Vice President, Communications, Entertainment and Responsible Gambling at the Great Canadian Gaming Corporation.

The official ribbon cutting ceremony for the Maple Ridge Community Gaming Centre will take place Thursday, October 21 at 5 p.m. The facility is located at 22380 - 119th Avenue, Maple Ridge, BC.
