‘Ace’s Pick 6 Carries Over Again

The 50-cent Pick 6 wager at Running Aces Harness Park had no winners for the ninth consecutive program on Sunday night, resulting in a carryover of $16,719.38.

The track, in conjunction with the USTA Strategic Wagering platform, is guaranteeing the Pick 6 pool will be a minimum of $30,000 when racing resumes at the Minnesota five-eighths mile oval on Tuesday night.

The Sunday Pick 6 had four winning horses that went postward at odds of 2-1 or less, but the other two victors went off at post-time odds of 9-1 and 29-1, which doused the dreams of hundreds of bettors chasing the bet's growing jackpot. Six different drivers visited the Running Aces winner's circle over the span of the Pick 6 wager.

First-race post time at Running Aces on Tuesday is 7 p.m. (Central) and the 50-cent Pick 6 – with the $30,000 guaranteed minimum pool – is comprised of Races 3 through 8.
