Officials with Hanover Raceway have announced the details for the 2012 edition of the track's annual golf tournament.

The tournament will be taking place on Wednesday, September 5 at the Homestead Golf Resort near Durham, Ont.

There will be a 1:00 p.m. shotgun start (four-person scramble format), followed by a big dinner and raffle prizes afterwards.

The proceeds for the event will be donated to the Ontario Standardbred Adoption Society.

The cost is $100 per player.
