Biscoe Takes Meadows Feature In The Slop

Biscoe

Biscoe moved determinedly first-over and edged away in the sloppy stretch to capture Wednesday’s feature at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows, a $12,500 conditioned trot.

Biscoe was fourth down the backside when Dave Palone sent him after the leader, Easy Rider. Once he cleared that rival, the four-year-old son of International Moni-Setntheworldonfire persevered in deep stretch to score in 1:56.1, a neck better than Whiskey Bender. Easy Rider saved show.

Tim Twaddle trains Biscoe and owns with Micki Rae Stables LLC.

Palone and Aaron Merriman each piloted three winners on the 13-race card.

Live harness racing at The Meadows continues on Thursday, Dec. 28 when the 13-race program features a $1,113.58 carryover in the Early Pentafecta (race four).  First post is 12:45 p.m.
