Wehadababyetzaboy Stars In Meadows Feature

Wehadababyetzaboy

Wehadababyetzaboy scorched the back half in :55.1 and had an easy time winning his fourth straight in Thursday’s (Dec. 7) feature at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows, an $11,500 conditioned pace.

Once Ronnie Wrenn Jr. gave the four-year-old Sweet Lou-Camille gelding a :30 second-quarter breather, the race for win was essentially over. Wehadababyetzaboy scored in 1:53.4, 2-1/2 lengths better than the pocket-sitting Hillbillypacinhill while Tignanello was an even third.

Ron Burke trains the winner for Burke Racing Stable, Weaver Bruscemi LLC, M1 Stable and Jack Piatt III.

There are career debuts, and then there are big, gaudy, eye-popping splashes. The latter is what Katherine Turner, 33, pulled off when she won her first career start as a trainer with Southwind Pinaclda at an amazing 84-1. Turner owns the three-year-old American Ideal-Cut And Paste filly, who captured a $10,900 conditioned pace for driver Hunter Myers, with Shawnie Corey.

Muscle Jack overcame post eight for the third time in his last four starts to extend his winning streak to eight, including six at The Meadows and a pair at Pocono. The five-year-old Muscle Mass-J Marie gelding took an $8,500 claiming handicap trot for Jeremy Indof, trainer Mark Goldberg and owner Rags To Riches Of PA LLC.

Chris Lems joined Myers and Goldberg with two wins on the 13-race card.

Live harness racing at The Meadows continues on Friday, Dec. 7 when the 13-race program features an $800.27 carryover in the Early Pentafecta (race four). First post is 12:45 p.m.
