The North American Amateur Drivers Association (NAADA) announced on Friday, Nov. 10 a $2,500 donation to the Sullivan County Federation for the Homeless, which is the entity that supplies the Veteran’s Food Pantry nearest Monticello Raceway.

Alan Schwartz, the NAADA Vice President and himself a United States Marine Corps veteran who was recently recognized for his service in a celebration held at our Nation’s Capital, said, “For all the sacrifice made by members of our armed services, some making the ultimate sacrifice, it is fitting that we never forget their service. The Veteran’s Food Pantry helps to ensure a basic need and, unfortunately, there are many veterans in need."

Joe Faraldo, President of NAADA, echoed those comments on behalf of all the membership.
