The pages of The Daily Mirror are usually reserved for Posh Spice, David Beckham and celebrities of that ilk. So when the Woodbine Entertainment Group's David Willmot is served up as fodder for the newspaper's readership

, it's very hard not to do a double take.

According to a report on The Daily Mirror's website, Willmot apparently touched The Queen while she was on hand for the 151st running of The Queens Plate, which was won by Big Red Mike in front of a jammed grandstand at Woodbine Racetrack on Sunday, July 4.

The Daily Mirror reported that, "The 84-year-old monarch, a lifelong racing fan, was enjoying a day at the track in Toronto when Mr. Willmot convivially put his arm around her as she inspected the horses.

"Then, to the horror of her courtiers, he placed his hand in the small of her back, letting it linger there momentarily. The Queen, in a silk turquoise jacket, matching hat and skirt, continued to smile and exchange pleasantries despite the gaffe."

The article then goes on to state that in 1992 Australian Prime Minister Paul Keating was dubbed 'The Lizard of Oz' when he touched The Queen's back.
