Officials at Mohawk Racetrack have been forced to make an important alteration to the raceway's qualifying schedule.

Due to overwhelming entries for Friday’s entry box of two-year-old qualifiers, Mohawk will conduct all rookie trotting races and aged pace/trot dashes on Thursday morning.

A total of 12 races will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the Campbellville, Ont. oval, while Friday’s qualifying session will stay as scheduled, beginning at 10:00 a.m., featuring 11 races for freshman pacers.
