Goshen Yearling Sale

Catalogues for the ninth annual Goshen Yearling Sale are now available for download or online viewing. The sale that produces proven winners will be held at the Mark Ford Training Center in Middletown, New York on Monday, Sept. 11 at noon. 

The catalogues are available online by visiting goshenyearlingsale.com. The downloadable PDF file includes the complete pedigree for all horses. Printed catalogues, that will be available shortly, will be mailed as soon as they arrive. Requests can be made by filling out the link on the website (under the “Catalogs” tab) or by contacting Mark Ford directly at 973-568-3253 or at [email protected] . If you have received a catalogue in the past, there is no need to make an annual request.

Prospective buyers will also be able to pick up copies of the catalogue at most race tracks in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, training facilities, at the Hambletonian at the Meadowlands and New York County Fair tracks racing through the end of August.

There is also an interactive sales roster on the website that will have yearling videos attached when they become available.

This year’s 102-horse consignment includes 25 pacing colts, 19 trotting colts, 34 pacing fillies and 24 trotting fillies from breeders that include Blue Chip Farm, Cameo Hills Farm, Leatherstocking Equine Center, Winbak Farms, Pine Hill Stable, Silver Tradition Stable, Thywillbe Done Farm and Jared Bako.   

The sales facility is located at 90 Slaughter Road, Middletown, New York, which is within a 90-minute drive of many major racetracks and training centers in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, making it a very convenient location.
