A funeral service for horseman Jean-Marc Gingras will take place at 1:00 p.m. this afternoon, and fellow veteran horseman Jacques Hébert has reflected on the 78-year-old.

"He was a real gentleman," said Hebert, whose comments came today in The Montreal Gazette.

The funeral service will be taking place at St. Jérôme Cathedral, 355 St. Georges St. in St. Jérôme, QC.
