"This program has continued for many years now, thanks to the support of all of our partners," said MSOA President Rich Gillock. "It's one of the highlights of Adios Day for our board, making the presentations in the winner's circle. We are pleased to assist the families of our horsemen with their education expenses. It's a great program, and we have great partners."
