No Casualties In Goshen Barn Fire

A Wednesday (August 23) evening barn fire at Goshen Historic Track in New York has been tamed with no horses injured, according to the Middletown (N.Y.) Times Herald-Record.

The blaze, which started in a barn that houses a blacksmith shop, was first reported around 6:15 p.m. and nearly completely extinguished by 8:00 p.m.

Historic Track facilities manager Tim Masters led ten horses to safety, and reported that no horses were injured.
