The Ontario Racing Commission has announced that the box for Grand River Raceway's Ontario Sires Stakes Gold eliminations for two-year-old pacing colts, to be contested September 19, closed on schedule at 11:00 this morning (Thursday, September 15)
.
However, the post positions will not be drawn today pending an ORC decision on the eligibility of a horse entered into the event.
As soon as the outcome of the hearing is known, the post position draw will take place in the Grand River Raceway race office and a notice will be posted on standardbredcanada.ca that the draw is available.
